1. Order your (beautiful)product.
2. Product is added to cart.
When adding a shoulderbag or shopper, be sure you have chosen double- or single sided correctly. When the payment is done, you get to choose the colour of your bag. When needed the reverse colour can be chosen as well. Then upload your photo(s) in the same window.
3. After you finished shopping and you’d like to pay and check out, you need to choose you correct payment-method first: online banking (Holland only) thru iDEAL or credit card payment with PayPal.
4. Then choose ‘check out’.
5. PayPal:login, pay, for shipping address we will receive your PayPal-details, after finishing your payment, you will receive the receipt. ideal: Fill in your details, check them thoroughly (your order will be sent to this address), receipt

6. After the payment is done you will see a window with your order number
Click on ‘Close’. The next window is to upload your photo(s) and to configure your order. Click on ‘Click here to upload photo(s) for your bag’:
Have you ordered a shoulderbag, shopper, extra photo-cover or strap, and then THIS is the time to choose the colour:
Have you ordered a single sided shoulderbag or shopper, and then THIS is the time to choose the colour of the reverse side:
7. Upload your photo(s).
Click on ‘Browse’ to search on your computer for the photo that you want to send. Click on ‘Save’
During uploading your image, you will see next uploading-status window:
After finishing uploading your photo, a thumbnail version is shown. This one you will have to confirm. If it’s not correct, click on ‘Cancel’ to start over with a new image.
After confirming, next view appears. Click on ‘Close’ to finish.
It’s possible to upload them another time as well. If you’d like to upload your photo(s) next day or next week, go to ‘my order’-page on our website and log in with your mail address plus order number.
Then you can choose your bag-colours and upload your photo(s).
8. The receipt is sent by mail together with your order number.
9. As soon as you have sent us your photo(s), you will see the message ‘processing photo’
10. When the photo has been edited, you will receive a mail mentioning to visit the webpage ‘your order’ at our website again, log in and confirm the photo that is shown.
Click on ‘Please confirm your edited photo’
If the photo is OK, you click on ‘Confirm photo’
After confirming the photo, thew view has change and the status is ‘Bag in production’ now.
11. After receiving your online confirmation (beautiful)bag will start the production of your order
12. When the production of the bag is finished and your order has been sent to your address, you will receive a mail with this information.
The bag is sent from Malaysia, so give it 5 to 10 working days.
